Hotel Donatello - Bologna

The location really stood out. It's perfectly situated between the train station and downtown. The staff impressed me with their friendliness and willingness to help with my luggage. The room was a different story. It felt cramped, especially the bathroom. I couldn't switch the AC to a cooler setting, which left me opening the window for fresh air. Unfortunately, this also meant dealing with a lot of street noise from the busy intersection outside. Breakfast options were underwhelming.

It has great location to see Mambo Museum.

Because I was on a business trip the hotel was well positioned re buses and the main train station. My wife also enjoyed the location due to access to buses and the main shopping strip. It is a good 3 Star Hotel by Italian standards. N.B. Breakfast was ideal for what we wanted.

A significant chunk of paint fell from the bathroom ceiling, likely due to a plumbing issue, requiring me to clean it myself with a broom. The bed and bathroom in my single room felt cramped. The air conditioning failed to cool down the room, forcing me to deal with street noise when I opened the window. Breakfast options were less than excellent.

It was in a nice area within easy reach of the Train station and all the sights

Had a good time here! The bed was comfy, and the location made it easy to explore the city. The shower had great water pressure, but the room felt a bit cramped. Decent value for a short stay!

Very nice hotel, located in the center of the city. The room,I stayed in, was very light, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty,though the milk was mixed with water (but it happens in most of the hotels). The hotel is located not far from the railway station,it's not hard to find it. I strogly recommend this hotel, it's very nice

mosquitoes bites me all the night.the single room was small as a prison and 75 euro for a night was to expensive not worth it.

The kids had a blast at the Pliocene Contrafforte Natural Reserve, exploring nature. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. Perfect spot for families!

In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly meal options would be great.

Its location close to a performing arts theater was particularly good. Excellent service, appreciated it:)))

The staff is really friendly and helpful. They offered me what I had asked. The breakfast is ok. They change towels everyday.The hotel is well- centred - 5 minutes from the railway station and the same time to the city centre. From the airport we took a bus shuttle to the railway station (6 euros) and then we walk to the hotel. The street is busy but also safe to walk at night. From the rail station we went to Verona city - 1h30 for 18 euros (it deserves a visit).
